2025 Mimi’s Rosé

With signature freshness and bright acidity, this wine is a tribute to Mary “Mimi” Seavey and her incredible vitality and generous spirit. She would have enjoyed this clean, crisp wine sourced from a few special rows of our vineyard and crafted by winemaker Jim Duane.

Tasting Notes

The bouquet opens with the inviting aromas of ripe peach and nectarine, complemented by the refreshing hint of watermelon and the delicate nuance of freshly cut cucumber. Its crisp and light body is perfectly mirrored in its luminous salmon hue, offering both visual and sensory delight.

Production Notes

This ninth vintage of Mimi’s Rosé began with the early pick of a few special rows of our vineyard blocks. The grapes were pressed, followed by cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging in a concrete egg. The wine has a pale salmon color from the gentle pressing on the day of harvest. Screwcap tops were used to protect this wine’s delicacy.
