The 2009 Caravina is the 11th release of our second Cabernet Sauvignon.  We are particularly pleased with this vintage of Caravina as it perfectly honors our intent to provide an accessible, yet very cellarable, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cassis, currant, blackberry, cedar, tobacco, French roast and mocha are complimented by the floral and violet nose, toasted savory herbs, soft coating tannins and graphite minerality. Upon release, this broad and structured wine may be slightly reticent to reveal its complexities, but with a touch of patience and an extra few swirls of your glass, the wide flavor profile will begin to expose itself to your nose and palate.
