The 2008 Caravina Cabernet Sauvignon marks our 10th vintage of our second Cabernet. The nose and mouth abound with the dark fruits of blackberry, currant, blueberry and pomegranate with violets, creosote and cocoa presenting themselves in layers. The complexities in its flavor profile continue to unveil themselves as you enjoy swirling this well balanced and dark violet hued wine in your glass. Enjoy 2011 - 2026. Bottled in May, 2010.
