The initial entry into your palate reveals blackberry, blueberry, black and red cherry, ripe cranberry and lingering chewy tannins. Savory notes abound with bitter-sweet cocoa, toasty almond pastry, caraway seed and mocha. The finish is notably long and should be savored.
The mouthwatering crispness of our 2011 Chardonnay is evident upon first examination. A solid structure of acidity and minerality awakens and cleans the palate. This wine went through less than 10% ML and was aged gently in light toast French oak barrels, so as to protect and showcase its Chablisienne style.
