Seavey’s Chardonnay is in the style of a Premier Cru Chablis from Burgundy, crisp and refreshing, with elegant fruit flavors, lively minerality, and light oak structure. Our 2014 vintage is light in color and exudes citrus, mandarin peel, and pear lime zest aromas, and subtle flavors of jasmine, narcissus, vanilla wafer and wet stones.
