The 2008 Caravina Cabernet Sauvignon is our tenth vintage of second Cabernet. The nose and mouth abound with the dark fruits of blackberry, currant, blueberry and pomegranate with violets, creosote and cocoa presenting themselves in layers. The complexities in its flavor profile continue to unveil themselves as you swirl this well-balanced and dark violet-hued wine in your glass. Enjoy 2011 - 2026. Bottled in May 2010.
