2007 Seavey Cabernet
Availability TBD Not for Sale

"The virtually perfect 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon (85% Cabernet Sauvignon and a whopping 15% Petit Verdot) has an inky bluish/purple color, a gorgeous nose of incense, soy, truffles, scorched earth, and gobs of blackberry and cassis fruit. The tannins are gorgeously velvety and the wine very full-bodied, with terrific texture, a multi-layered mouthfeel, and a blockbuster finish with no hard edges. Rating: 96+ Points." Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate
2007 Caravina Cabernet
Availability TBD Not for Sale

"Readers looking for value in Napa Valley reds need look no further than Seavey’s 2007 Caravina. Last year I wrote that it was the finest second wine they had yet made, and now that it’s in bottle, I can reiterate - it is a sensational effort. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged 19 months in French oak casks, this 525-case cuvee is a sleeper of the vintage." Rating: 94. Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate, Dec 2008.
2007 Seavey Merlot 750ml
Availability TBD Not for Sale

Seavey Vineyard’s fourteenth estate-produced Merlot, the 2007 was made from 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown at several different elevations of the vineyard. The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness of sugar and tannins and with concentrated fruit flavors. Winemaking style followed classic Bordeaux methods. Following fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak barrels (50% new oak) for 18 months before bottling in May 2009.
2008 Seavey Chardonnay
Available Spring 2010 Not for Sale

Seavey Vineyard’s 2008 Chardonnay was made from 100% chardonnay grapes from vineyard blocks in the cooler parts of the vineyard adjacent to Conn Creek.  The resulting wine is wonderful, with aromas of pineapple, honeyed melon, grapefruit and wheat grass.  The wine is medium to full bodied with crisp, lively acidity and a wonderful finish...a beautiful cuisine wine! Enjoy upon release through the following 8 years.
